MISSIONS
Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous assisterez le directeur général dans ses tâches administratives et commerciales quotidiennes :
- Rédaction des contrats de travail – Procédures sociales (CP – Maladie etc)
- Déclaration des salariés – Suivi disciplinaire
- Classement comptable (collaboration avec le Cabinet )
- Relation & suivi clients (Suivie qualité, contrôle sur site, audit)
- Développement commercial & prospection (Par réseau uniquement France - Suisse)
- Communication : gestion du site web (développement texte, charte graphique, cahier des charge)
PROFIL
- Très bonne aisance relationnelle, parfaite élocution et orthographe, motivé(e), dynamique, rigoureux (se) et grande autonomie.

- De formation post bac
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques courants (Word, Excel, mail, utilisation d’internet…) Utilisation des logiciels Indesign ou Photoshop appréciée.
